and they are fails
i guess we have enough servers

im open this thread for my friend he's dont speak english.

100 Cap with Moon +5 Sets/Accs FB/100%Stats @ NPC and +7 or +5 Weapons and Only Elixirs Weapon are Availabe in NPC (if the weapons will be +5 only), if he wont be able to make this then he shouldnt open it at all !

100 cap high rates no pvp server good sox rate and no fail alchemy tab rates specially str/int/hp tab's

alchemy rate 5x or 6x

120cap sux,so unbalanced+there are already many servers 120cap so it gets borring
on other side there are around 3 (idk exactly) servers 100cap but they are not pvp

just to say the exactly mean of PVP Server:Server with instant lvl+fb items :D

U can see 100cap is winning do this server fast instant 100 and start with sox(sos or som or sun) items(weapons+set+acc)
