[release] Online Status Script Pro Version

Hey all
as i saw the poll , just every one like to have the script so i desided to release that part

but as usual , i do not allow it to be edited :D

i am sure that there are other ways to , but i let them over to you to make that desision

the script shoulnd contain any bugs exept the bug that it doesnt update when the mysql database is offline (because it is mysql related ??) or when the server got a crash and no1 visited the page before the server is back up (because no mysql update happend ?? )
