Creating darkorbit Clone

hello i would like to know or its possible to make a darkorbit private server (not online)

with the same ships and graphics like darkorbit if it would be able to make one

Then what programs i should use _cause of blackgalaxy i think adobe flash pro cs5 would be good _

please comment or suggestions if you know what to use

i now get it using Same ships or graphics from Official Do is illegal but if is use other ships & graphics (selfmade with adobe flash) would it be legal ?

i like old client old ships and everything but not possible to make like before :(

but how i see darkorbit is : a 2d space based game there are alot of other spacebased games like warpfire etc... and they all made with > flash <

now i have to find a solution to make a flash game With darkrobit ships

1. DarkOrbit Remix is a bad GameMaker Game
2. You couldn´t do alone without developer experience a Multiplayer Game like Darkorbit because you must add the Packets crypt they, then recveive them and on leaving save the datas in database and more . . . . A Offline Version isn´t so hard to develop because you don´t need to develop an server.

You Can Develop with Adobe Flash and you can also develop with the new Unity version their you can export to flash.(When you will do a Webbrowser game)

use flash or javascripts
