What can it do ?
When you are gamemaster and you want to post every X hours a notice, no problem ! It's super eassy

No !

Cause many guys don't how to use the SMC for automatic notice every X hours.
You can write notice via SMC , but in a schedule too ??

well tested ...when i start notice...nth happen in game

Did you selected a schedule ?
Select Other and write 1 in the inputbox for 1minute.
After 1minute your notice will appear.

Or you havn't notice rights with that char

I write it in C#.
Sending all the packets for a normal clientless connection.
Like a normal clientless tool, but only sending the notice packet with your text.
