Question Sniper Bot

Hmm..Hi again epvp..
Srry 4 making so much threads but..i really wanna know how i can make a sniper bot for s4 league...i mean where i should start and what program i need..
Im not good in programing but...i wanna know this..;)
So someone could say me how to do one with what program and where to start?
And uhm...how to make it undetected:D?
