Mod_Honey is it back or not

Recently i dueled someone and we were fighting at 0 percent and the person does 2000+ something damage and all u can hit on him is ones so my question is is it back or not or is this something new

Or adjust duel % as fight progresses.

Mod_honey doesn't even have any of those functions...

Edit:Unless you abuse the no save.
