I did a quick search and found no answer to my problem, I apologise if there is a topic like this, please link me to it.
Anyway, a few months ago my friend stayed at my house, we decided that having our own private server would be cool. So sure enough I set out to try. I got a PVP server up and running, connected through lan on both PCs. Having set it up on a seperate machine afterwards, I shut it down because it was useless until I had time to do a bit of coding. Now I have time, so I decided I would start it back up.
I happened to have upgraded my PC to Windows Vista, please don't say this is my problem, because it is not. I got a friend to connect to my server (via hamachi) and he has had the same problem.
I thought it could be a problem with the source I was using so I tried on a few different sources, all stuck on the "Connecting to account server... Please Wait." Screen. This to me says that there is a problem connecting to my database full of accounts, no? So I opened ports 9958 and 5816(or something similar, can't remember). Forwarded them on my router, nothing.
So now I am stuck, I have no idea to what I am doing.
Any help would be appreciated.
