well,people get c9 all the time.this could be due to one of this reasons:
-u have a bad sro_client/internet connection(you can have bad connection sometimes,and you wont be able to connect)
-silkroad game folders are corrupt
Try to get a fresh sro_client copy,restart router/pc.If it doesnt work,try reinstalling silkroad.
