Log in error (just in case)

Ok I know this is not webzen support or anything but I am just asking in case someone has experienced this and knows how to fix it.

Now before you go assume that files are corrupt etc I have been able to log in on all of my other accounts except my hunter. (my hunter is not banned as I was on after maintenance and restart)

Just repair archlord webstarter maybe it works ( if you install it again there is also a repair button if i remamber it right)

Or

You have windows 7 64 bit and you use AlStarterCore? maybe patch doesnt work

Then you have to download the newest version

why would it be the webstarter if all my other accounts work ? if you look I seem to have 5 accounts already logged in. If it was my webstarted I should nto be able to log in on any.

Do you use the AlStarterCore from Ace?

I had a almost the same Error
And my patch didnt work
So i had to download the AlStarterCore from Ace again and patch it then it worked

no look at the screen man I use firebig with firefox and the script I get the same result for my hunter account on 3 different computers.

It is almost like my account is banned but I can not access the damn thing , which is weird as I was on after maintenance and restart.

no if you will be ban , other thing will happen but not an error message and it will be wrotte : you account information is wrong or maybe you are ban .

Have you looked at the latest banlist ?

@ Steph My account info can not be wrong as I can actually log into the website and check my account details. It is a authentication issue on webzens end I am sure of it.

Hate to tell ya this but u have been baned. I had this same message on two of my baned accounts just after the amnyisty event. Once they were properly unbaned I could log my accounts np. Sorry to be the bringer of bad news :(

so its a perma ban ? because ppl who are ban 1 month , dont have the same message

banned for what I have not even done anything. And I am not on any of the banned lists.

I don't know maybe error on webzens part. But it is a server sided prob so u need to get a GMs help to fix it. And if it is a legit ban maybe another ban list is coming. Hope you get it sorted ok.
