C++

Hello, I would like to start learn C++, but whenever I start to learn, I get discouraged because there's a lot to learn and it's confusing. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm right there with you. I've tried several times to learn but there's always tons of pages on guides and its pretty overwhelming. I've also tried a little java but with the same result lol

I suggest you start with c# instead..

If you or anyone else have difficulties understanding the material in the link given by hoocrax than perhaps your only hope is to try the following books:

C# 2010 All-in-One For Dummies
Beginning Programming with C++ For Dummies

lol you cant use c# or c++ on a mac (only if you have installed win aswell) because mac cant compile .net

but another question:
