It would help if you told us which database you're using. But anyways what you should do is
1. Open your client folder, navigate to your ini folder, and open npc.ini
2. Find FortuneMouse. you should see something like NpcTypeXXXX.
3. Open your cq_npc and find a lookface that is has the XXXX at the beginning. Delete that npc or move him to the npc camp and at the next maint it should be gone.
If you still can't find it in cq_npc, then it may be in the cq_dynanpc table.

When the npc's in Chinese, it's harder. If you have the Chinese language pack on your computer, you need to just scan the npc.ini file for letters in the name, and just compare.
Something else you can do is process it based on maps. Find the map you're in, and find npc's close to your coords. Usually this works on narrowing down the possibilities.

If the NPC is in chinese, use the search function for NPC TRANSLATOR.
Run it with the server running as a query in your navicat. Restart the server and you will find the majority of the NPC's are now in english.

try to search in cq_dynamicnpc to coördinates that are verry close to 1000 294 475 (use sort or so)
coördinates should be something like this = 1000 289 475 or 1000 294 470
