Login problem (x100)

Every Time i try to Login a MSG pops up and then changes to this MSG (pic) and then nothing happens!

anyone know what is the meaning of those MSGs?

Here you will help no one, for two days ask for assistance from the same mistake, apparently must have a new client I think, but from main page 1 kb/s..
