hello i have some requests :

1-i need client 5165 not megaupload

2-is there is way to add the new mounts dragon souls ridding crop to it

3-do i use 4.0 NF or 3.5 NF

Yes there is a way, but you need a proper dbc editor and there is none public, so answer would be more like a no.

3:
Always use latest .NET Framework, if you can.

so dude i think i better make a Pserver with the Albertos Source but i forgot with what it works

You can just open the project and in properties you can see what framework is uses, but I believe it uses 4.0, but doesn't matter. If you have the latest framework, then you already got the rest.

Let's say the project is 3.5 and you got 4.0, then you can still run the project,
but let's say the project is 4.0 and you got 3.5, then you cannot run the project.

yeah i have 4.0 what about the client for Albertos btw in this source i did not find the pass for old cob ??

but i know lil about vb acctuly i was studying it in school

i how how to write code ex:

textbox1.colour=red

till this it is simple
