Did you installed .NET framework? Try to reinstall that.

Try the last [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], and install [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Do you think that's the Framework 4's fault. All builds are working, I'm sure...

If you can log into game w/o working 9Disciple - patch your NDreg file.

Check my tutorial. Try AutoUpdater or saweet's editor.

Are you still able to log in without 9disciple running?

If you are then you need to patch your ndreg.xrg.
Patch it using saweets editor.
