HOW TO PUT A LINK ON A PICTURE ?

Hi there guys, I know this sounds funny but this is true. I dont know how to put link in a picture. Even though i am not a new* member here @ Epvp but still, I dont know how. Can someone tell me how to put links in a picture ?

Just copy the Code - i put [noparse]-tags in front of it so it wont be executed
