Diamodn SRO Items by NPC's BUG

Helo, i amnew on diamond sro (lynx) & i saw in the last time, that the 10dg & the 11dg weapons in shops are buggy. i cant buy it! but i had enough gold! the same with the grey wolv! please help me!
