Looking for a server like this -

Hi - well im looking for a private server that is like this

- Prefer Chinese only.
- Good English Community - not many turks etc
- Good active GM's
- Not more then 110Cap.
- Rates to be around 30-60x or higher.
- Good amount of people playing.. 500-1000
