Well, it's more of a tip really, and quite simple. For those of you that are at like 98 - 99% or so. Use a guild cake (other exp ones may work) and as you level, you will be taken to roughly around 16%.

quest is over those items r worthless even the pots cuz u can only use em every 2 mins and the pk cakes only take 5-1 pkp off >.>
but i would suggest you have like a 130+ archer and just pk it if ur already at like 95 %
