image folder from ini

Please can anyone upload the whole decrypted image folder from the ini files for me I lost the program that does it.

I need the images to make some new tables for stuff in the battle square.

I do not need the program I need the decrypted ini image file. I need all the images.
Plus I will not download anything that is not in English.
