what is a KSSN anyways?

I would like to register for 12sky2 but it is korean and I can't register it either. Any information on how to do so would be appreciated. The 12sky2 register guide dosent help any because I don't have a passport.

There is a KSSN generator somewhere in this site =] but i dont remember where it was.
Btw using a kssn generator is illegal.. and hardly works.

p.s. also there was a guide in few web-sites (search in google) how to get a kssn thru google tutorials.
