AbilityType + country

I'm wanting to change the exp rate from exp stones but the only thing I see relavent is the abilitytype1 which is set to 35. How can I edit the abilities? I don't know where to look for them in the database.

Also, what does country mean other then the map? I see it in skills which confuses me.

Country is faction; about the "abilities" they are all listed on the skills table in the database, yet, they are a little bit confusing

Do you know where the abilities are defined? For example, an xp stone will give 1.5 exp and it is on the database in the skills section. It says the value for abilitytype1 is 35.

So where is 35? their should be somewhere in the database that defines what 35 does but i don't have a clue.

I'd say the values are hard coded into ps_game.exe.
