pw reset failed

hey guys
i just got a little question
yesterday i reseted pw of an account for al
i had saved pw on my old pc
i sent it to the correct e-mail
but
nothing happens... i got no e-mail yet...

do i simply have to wait?
or did i get scammed by webzen ? :D

check spam folder on your online email account, also sometimes e-mail providers block emails from webzen, so u have to try untill success

I don't get any WZ mails to any of my regional e-mails, but those on gmail f.e. work fine

i always get these
i changed pw several times before
and spam folder is checked ^^

contact a volunter
or maybe u are on the wrong mail?

i checked the email on my pld pc
volunteer ...

just wait some days and try it again with resetting pw and so on.. had the same problem some weeks ago :)

Just try reset ur pw again , and click on Resend email then ;)

I had the same problem.I sent 3 report message to gms 2 months ago...still no answer. But i found a solution....deleted all my accounts :D Worst game support ever -.-'

Plz l2 read...its my story. Try to resend the mail again and again, but webzen support will not help u :S Sry but its true.
