Serial for a program

Hi guys,

I hope im posting this in the right section (thought it might be since this actually is a request:))

I have got a hack program from a guy from a few years back. I paid for it and i would do so again if the guy were to be found.

Thing is, he gave me a serial code for a certain period and now (obviously) the serial code doesnt work anymore (the program says that the code has been expired).

My question is, is there anyway to get this program working again w/o a 'legit' code?, and if so, it would be really awesome.

I tried sum stuff a non-programmar can try:rolleyes:. Like changing the pc time n such. I even tried it when i turned off my internet connection (but obviously that did not work).

One more thing. I think the program has a keylogger or some sort in it. The hack was used to hack allot of players (and yes i was 1 of the victums). But i dont mind using the program again since it was my own stupid fault and there is a way arround being hacked.

Sure, called Reverse Engineering. You can crack the program with some tools and Knowledge. ;)

But why do u use the hack when it is a keylogger?! Use other "clean" hacks :D

I think your program is trying to connect to a server, but the server doesn't exist anymore.

thanks for replys guys. I think i forgot to say that there are 3 files the hack has. 2 exe files and a n ocx file.

the exe files consists of the hack nad a modified game exe file (i think the keylogger is in here). I think (well have the idea) the serial code check is implemented in the ocx file.

Since im not a coder, i can only guess at this.

To answer ur question Yakiyo: Ive tried to find out hacks, but ended up infecting my pc with all kinds of virusses (yea, i ended up being too gullable:) )
