faild to create a character please try to connect later s1030

this error for who need to create an account in my game !

hmm i think from the map
Try no problem
Go To DataBase SRO_VT_SHARD Table:_RefRegionBindAssocServer
And Change CHINA 0 Or CHINA 2 >> To CHINA 1
And Change Ca 0 Or Ca 2 >> To Ca 1
Just Try ^^
