You only really have two options for not using a loader... neither of which are really 'easy' for those who aren't at least somewhat familiar with assembly/reversing.

Option 1: Create a 'cracked' conquer.exe. To do this you'll want to make it skip the decryption that it would normally run on server.dat and then you can use a non encrypted server.dat (much like all the old 5095 servers use. It should still be in same/similar xml format)

Option 2: Reverse the entire encryption for server.dat and make a tool to create your own server.dat's which users cannot edit. Trouble there is that from what I've heard (possibly complete bullshit) it's near impossible to get fully working due to private/public keys and all sorts of stuff that I've never paid much attention to.

Basically... you'll have to either find someone with the know how and pay them (not many people on these forums) or learn some about reverse engineering and write your own cracked conquer.exe for new patches.

best of luck!

Note: One annoyance with making a cracked conquer.exe is that as soon as you distribute it, every other server can then just steal it and use for their servers making it kinda a waste of time if you think about it.

I just told you the steps...

1: Learn reverse engineering/olly
2: Locate where conquer.exe tries to load server.dat
3: Similar section of code should be calling a decryption method on it
4: Null out the decryption (so it thinks it's already decrypted)
5: Replace the encrypted server.dat with a decrypted one (such as those from the old cracked 5095 servers

DONE!

it's easy or hard?

Well if you're some kind of naturally talented genius on the subject of reverse engineering, it's easy.

you juggling me ?

who can cracked that...........
The good life of peace...........

i'm in trouble

No idea what that means but I guess you mean if I'm joking?
Then no. Assuming that you know nothing about reverse engineering at all and you want to do what pro said at this very moment, being a super talented genius is about the only way. That is if you want to do it yourself.
