All skills from the twinblade tree are level 10, exept bladespin.
Only the staff mastery is at level 10 from the staff tree.
Bloodbats level 10 and Skin of the foreign realm on level 9.
The 87 cosmos skills are at level 6, the 97 cosmos on level 4. (as high as they can be for a Lv 116.)
