I wanted to know if 9Disciple skill trainer includes the skill animation of a char when using it?What i meant is---does he calculates the time for ^^when buffing and stuff...(or not :D)

Nope, it doesn't show or include that time. See the exp bar at reflect buff on hybrid. :D
