destroying D11 won't give you any Advance Elixir. you better sell it.

On iSro or other official servers with 12d you wont get adv B from nova's. Dunno about 12d private servers.

You will, on cap 110 servers i had 61% on all stats 101 nova +7 i got 12d adv elixir [SOX] B grade, useable on d11 items.

at 110 cap you ll get 100% a B grade but since it isn t 110 cap anymore (i miss it :p )
you won t get anything except some shitty elements and stones.

Make 6 lucky and 99,9% to get B =d

okay, to answer your question again, you will not get any Advance Elixir on iSRO since it was already posted by Joymax on their notice.
