Although I was going to stay in SRO, something happended in Shaiya that required my imedieate attention, it has also come to hand that JohnHeatz will hardly be able to moderate as of Feb the 4.

What is the reason you decided to apply:
Well, in a way Shaiya is my child, I played almost six years ago when the open beta started, and I was one of the first to start streaming fixes when the files came out. I have seen a lot go through Shaiya, I have seen our bigist server, Evolution, prove that we are in no way anywhere near a small commnity, (maxing 10K players a day), I have seen steady servers hold there own through out the years, Shaiya UW staying strong for six years! I have watched as the first ever collection of developers came together, and release a plethrue of fixes and guides, and I also watched them die. My role in shaiya was stated almost immeditly, developer, and to me that title bares responsiblity, it means that I will do my best to help everyone get there server up, it means I will help the servers that are not corrupt, and scold the ones that are. I did a lot for shaiya, created a developemnt team, protected it from hackers....Then I thought I could take my leave... Sadly that was not so, I tried to but a great threat hit our community, a DDoSer, he spread chaos, he destroyed out best servers, exorted tens of thousands of dollars from us, and forced us to pay him grand amounts of money..and when the community looked to me and asked me for help, I turened my back on them. In the past I have made it sound like I was forced, but I wasn't, me leaving was my choice, while yes, I was being attacked, and yes I was being threatened with so many different things, and mabey leaving epvpers wasn't negotitable, I still should have stayed in shaiya...I should have still helped.. I still did it...and I am sorry. I let him run through are community so much that he destroyed are oldest servers, and cause other devs to completely quit the community.. A few days ago it came to me, I have to make up for what I did, I have to stay with this game, with these people untill every server is dead...and I will. This, this is my reason for applying

Experience with the subject: (What experience do you have with MMOs and the game or the subject in particular? How long have you been occupying yourself with the subject?):
I have been a shaiya gamer for as long as the game has been out, I have been a developer for it, for about 4 years, I have had a level seventy toon for every class, and faction, and I have ran over 10 servers, and helped on hundredes.. I also use to play Official Shaiya and Shaiya Rebirth, now you can see me stalking about on Shaiya-X and Shaiya Haven! :P

Are you mentally prepared and fitting for such a position? (How do you appraise yourself? Can you handle questions which seem to be stupid? How about your knowledge of human nature?)
No question is a dumb question, everyone gets stuck on diffrent things and and it should be up to those who understand the subject to help, that has been my thoughts on this subject since I was about 12, and it will stay this way forever, to me stupid questions are just non existent, simple as that.

Experience as a moderator (If at hand: How long have you been moderator and what was the subject?):
Years, I have been a developer and a security penetration tester for around 11 years, and a GM for about 6, I have also been a mod for elite pvpers for half a year before quiting. I am also a Java teacher at a local university, so I gusse in a way that is like being a mod, haha, but really, I belive that I know how to not let my anger control my desicion, because this can look very bad not just on myself, but on everyone who was apart of the situation!

Ha sorry, I have a form of color blindness, where I can see every color on the spectra, but sometimes I can't tell you there name our shade, and I get confused on what matches a lot too :/ it's not like on everything I do, only sometimes.

Bane has my total support on this matter, I know from first hand his skills when it comes to Shaiya Development and Development in general; and I have to say that given the latest circumstances on the section he will be a great support to bring life back to our beloeved section.

Total yes from me

Just got the feeling you want to head back to your mod-status carelessly. As it's the only thing, you want to reach (this opinion is based on the fact you opened a new application "shortly" after your other one).

I am not able to give you a "yes" for now.

Actually, bane closed his sro app because the users there don't exactly like him, therefore he closed it and decided he'd get to know the community a bit better. As said before, mister JohnHeatz has asked for help, bane, being a respected member of the Shaiya section (and an exmod) is a good pick as he already knows how things work.
