First of all, this looks absolutely shitty, secondly it looks like photoshop, and if I'm wrong. Why do you open a thread for it, if you are not going to release it? Get the fuck off.

not photoshop , i will release it after making a program to make any color you want

btw, lil tip. Delete the <size:x> it makes your chat very crappy. Use <b></b> it looks much better
