SWSRO files c9 error

Hello all, finally i made my server working but now i got a problem, I want play with my friends but they are getting c9 error on login window and when they try enter I'm getting these warrnings in my Agent Server:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Firewall disabled, ports opened and i dont know what to do next... Any solution?

There could be so many reasons for that error:

*Cert isn't setted up correctly.
*Database is corrupted.
*Firewall, closed ports.
and much more, I would suggest you to check those variables again and clearly !

Edit: I've never been working with SWSRO files but if I got it right it may cause of wrong IP or port settings.

Had the same problems with my friends.. the problem was in the Firewall :)

Just open the port of agent .
u need to open 3 ports
1 of gateway 1 of downloadserver 1 of agentserver
