I have a headache, so spare me.

The packet isn't the "Open the Window to Change PW" function, it's the "Hey I want to Change my PW To This" function.

What does that mean? Well, 1, the window is client sided, apparently.

2*Removed a large chunk of Information, as I was jotting down what I found while testing*

After further testing, I realized the Packet works for me when the Bank is already opened, but not when closed.

This took me about 3 minutes.

Will not do further Testing, because I have no use for this.

In my opinion? It's linked to the Bank window. Maybe there's a space in the database for "has bank open"? Who knows.
