There is a way to dupe items...a guild on the private server I play on started up one day....and the next day they all had 4 socket +12 armors with godstones...even with the 400X server rates its just impossible to get that many sets of 4 sock +12 godstoned stuff.....I know what the BASE of doing it is...I am just unclear on the method that is used to do it >>

I Duplicated a weapon o_O altho i have absolutely no idea how i did it...and no i didnt have any CE's or anything running...
It was in Closed Beta International... so i dont have proof, it was a low lvl X-bow not really important but i think i had better post this because it is possible.

That would really only be possible if you change the server datas.
And the Int version of PW isn't the best imho, maybe they did something wrong with the server or something.

Actually I think you experienced something like me. It wasnt really duped. Just a odd loop caused by lag. Mine happened from quickly equipping and equipping. my speed droped as my brother connected to xbl and lagged the net. The result was a axe in my hand and inventory. I sold the extra in my inventory, and it turned out to be my acrual axe. >.< :P

nah i sold them both got real cash for both, they had the exact same special effect on them too, so i highly doubt i found 2 of the same equips exactly the same.

Simple.
Goto ADC/Archosaur in the middle of the city, drag an item out of your inventory and let go. You should get a popup asking if you want to drop it. DO NOT CLICK ANYTHING YET! Put your hand on your internet connection. Now, with your hand still on the connection, press 'Ok' to drop the item and quickly disconnect your internet.
Voila.

or you can borrow your moms car, ask your mom to store all your equips on your bank, while shes doing it ram the car into your room and make sure you hit your PC really hard so you get DC'ed from the game... when you log back in cross your fingers hope the timing is right... if it doesnt work try it again this time ask your dad ^^
