I have 1 Question,
is it possible that i can change this picture
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

to another picture?

All those ones are located in Media -> Interface -> loading. Simply replace the desired one with your own one through the pk2 Editor

media>launcher_europe>bg_5,bg_6.dat, change extension to bmp and edit them.
