Missing Chars

Hi all , i got a problem , all my characters from Gaiahon are missing , i checked all my accounts , and i cant see any characters on Gaiahon O.o

or hacked or webzenized sorry 4 u

thats crap i had it too when was the transfert for cod to webbug i loose all my acc
send a ticked to gm's hope u get it back

can u see chars on other server?
can u creat new char at Gaiahon?
if ur charakter definitaly DISSAPEARED talk to a voluntert, give him some ss and he will tell this issue to a GM, and also write a ticket (may u are lucky and u recive an answer)

I can see chars on other servers , but i cant see on Gaiahon/Brumhart , and thats only on my old accounts, idk why -.-
