On the picture you can see something with 2013 and Silkroad 2 is in planning as I heared weeks ago.

Usually game producer will publish game trailers months before date of the releasing. Question is, do you see any trailers of silkroad 2? It's simply rumor only..

no.
Silkroad 2 is a total different game than silkroad-r.
Silkroad 2 is under development for several years, while silkroad-r is just another update to the original silkroad files.
