"Char not found"

i have 1 problem...
i creat a new account... i connecting in my server...
but i don't creat the character beacuse in my console i have "Char not found"...
but if i go to localhost/phpmyadmin/ i have this account creat...

were are the error?

help please... :S

change logontype to 2

then is someone else using the same charactername ;)
