Any high-rate private server in US?

all the good, high-rate private cabal servers are in every other country except America. is there one that i do not know about? please post. i am looking for high-rate servers only that use latest client. only in america please because i lag in other servers (especially in malaysian servers and they happen to have the best ones :( )

the english server have low rates xD.....and the chinesse have the most high pservers.....but they are racist ! and they keep their server up for about 2-3weeks , make lots of money from donation and close em^^

all sv i played on with chinese they were racists ! more ppl can confirm this .... and they acusing us for racism .... sry maybe i said it wrong....the chinese that play on pservers are mostly racist !...ok now?
