I dont see anything in sro pservers all i see is blank back ground like this [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] i dont see buildings, objects in game

Recheck your Database, gameserver, server.cfg and the Cert folder.
This issue is caused from the gameserver (GS is not loading objects).
