A good pserver suggestion

I wanna know if anyone know any good pserver based on vsro files with the exp book fully disabled?

Whats the problem with it as nearly every pserver got it setted up to 24/7?

But as far as i know Euphoric2 got it fully disabled + removed from media.pk2

euphoric is by far the only one with full disable(not removed from media) but the server ins not long requesting it)

Class Online either.
