Sox drop rate X -- ? same to alchemy and job rate :)

i just played there the sox rate low i dont get 1 sox and iam lvl 70 LAME . . . .

i know how to change it ... + doesn't go over 12 and 450% means if u had 12% chance be4, now you have 12*4.5=54% -.-
