[Solved] Attaching Main.exe in Cheat Engine

Hello guys i just want to tell you that i already attached the main.exe in Cheat Engine. Im using Windows 7 64bit, and i test it from GcPH Region

Note as of 01-15-2012:
Fix scanning the address thanks to Zantetsuken. Now the only problem is the Gameguard. Were almost there to make the CE works on Grand Chase. Thanks guys if you discover something just share it here too! :)

Method in allowing to attached the main.exe

1st. Open the CE

2nd. Go to > Edit > Settings > Extra

3rd. Check the Query Memory Region Routines & Read / Write Process Memory / Process Watcher thanks to Zantetsuken now we can scan the address

4th. Click ok then something will popout "error installing unsigned driver bla bla bla"

5th. Reboot your PC then press F8 for boot options Select Disable Unsigned Driver "Something like that"!

6th. Run Grand Chase.exe > Login > Go to Practice Mode

7th. Open CE then attached the main.exe =)

No need for screenshot or video for proof just do it. =)

^he's just sharing what he discovered. yeah we all know that there is no active CE right now for GC.. and also it's a big thing all we need to do now is to bypass GG..

If you think the bright side this is the first step in order to make the CE works. As you can see guys, ex: GCPH when attaching the main.exe in CE, we encounter this problem "attempt to load the process" which the GC program will be close, in this scenario i managed to attached the main.exe in CE, the only problem is to bypass the gameguard.

By the way in my first post i tell already that i have problem in scan the address so that means you cannot edit the address you want to hack, dont worry if i discover again ill share it so i can help

try, taec's stage hack..he has the code so add the address manually..

nice discovery..ive been using different method... hmmm... yeah 1hit hack is not working...but stage hack is not... better try it... :)

May i know what Operating are you using? it depends on OS if there will be error encounter just like my win7 64bit. . .if there's nothing display its fine because your OS accepts the changes =)

May i suggest the Process Watcher to be activated, you said you can't still scan the address, same with me, but when i activated the process watcher the scan was quick and i can get the addresses of the main.exe problem is that gameguard closes the game when CE is detected, i'll try to find a way to bypass this.

wow nice job too. . .ill try to find a way to bypass the gameguard. .were almost there to make the CE works in GC :)
