Low lv rares and skill prices

Hey so i'm fairly new to 12sky2 and i was wondering since this is a discussion section i could ask the more experianced players. The prices on the following (1st server prices prefered :p )


Flash Formation ( lv30 )
Adrenaline Formation ( lv40 )
Focus Formation ( lv30 )
Soul Hunger ( lv30 )
Descending Spirit ( lv30 )
Stardust Melody ( lv30 )
Shadow Heart ( lv30 )
Crushing Fist ( lv30 )

Lv 45 rare rings, amulets and weps

And 1 followup question not related to prices. When i combine for say lv 45 rare kitanas, enchant them after to about 60-80% and after upgrade them with a red jade what will actually happen i mean will it be lv 55 rare with the same stats etc or wut.

you dont need : flash form / focus form
rest are level 30 weap skils wich are like from 500k to 1-2mil tops if ppl are not ertarded or stupid when seling them. they drop verry fast when grinding.
level 45 to 65 rare items are cheap too like 1-5m each tops.

if u upgrade a weap must be at least 30% of ench. after you upgrade the item it will lose 12% and 1 cs.
when you downgrade the % and the cs of the item will remain the same.
my advice dont waste money on upgrading low level rares use the lvl 45 to like lvl 65+ if ur using hacks to lvl up.
or use unique weaps enchanted they are good too.
