I Need Help With My Download (debug.err)

Hi
After the patch came out i tried to install the new one but it did not work so i left it there and tried it the next day again it didn't work so i reinstalled the hole game and i went to the website and download it and i start installing
there are two download bars the first one is the fast one and as soon as it go`s to the second one the one that install the game its stop and give an error
and this thing comes (sorry i don't know whats it called)
so i opened it with notepad and it says (BTW its the name of the thing is debug.err ) so it says in it

Is that a error from the download host? I'm not a pro at that.. but that's what I would assume, try to find a different download mirror

deactivate ur anti-virus
run the program as windows administrator
or download from this address

but deactivate ur anti-virus before download because some anti-virus think 2MOONSExpedition.exe is a trojan (2moons isn't a trojan but gameguard is a pain in the ass)

I get an Error That says
Windows Installer could not be started
