How to set your PServer online? :D

Hello,
I made a pserver (FINALLY WORKED) From Omega Tutorials.
But now the Problem is How to set it online so people can play it?
Can someone help me Thx :D

I know but I dont get that Because when i changed the ips,
The server didnt work anymore there standed "Cant connect to login server, Check Notice board" :| :(
