Error in Vsro Files

i can't open my server :(
its give me (( Server is Offline ))
And i did everything like Abdelfattah Said :(

And can some one tell me how can i upload my data base to my site? :P

there's no way to fix it

open the SMC >server control >> start service all icons of screen must be colored ;)

first cuz u open sr_gameserver before sr_shard , u must open shard before GS , and wait tell shard load then open GS or open cert then globalmanager then machinemanager then SMC and at service click on launch all server at globalmanager list and at shard list .
after they load don't forgot to start service .
ah and at last your server seems to be close cuz the GS and shard aren't loaded or finish loading yet due what u make and they are not able to start it's service while it's not done loading .

Bro If i Buy i3 2.9ghz and ram 12 can i open all maps and 800 player?

ya it can but u will change the spawn rates cuz every one sr gameserver can handel only 50K spawned objects .
