Use Joymax Pk2 Tool
for the pass use the default password
if any private, try using "calaña" without quotes

gametest.sql is already clean and i cant backup sql 2008 database to 2005.But i will try another things.

I dont understand why the gametest's size changed after convert.Normally its 60 mb but after i converted it,the size begin 300+ mb.
