You say not to tell you to use Omega's tutorial, yet, the answer for every single on of your issues is posted on that thread.

Check on your logs and you will be able to see what is the exact issue you are having.

Thats a problem i Deleted every Files/Server :(

Then you need to start all over again; by following Omega's tutorial (and there are other tutorials posted) plenty off people have been able to do it without any issue(s) and by simply looking around it (I do know there are a lot of posts there, but if you want to do it, you need to read the whole thread) you are able to find the answers for every single issue that you might experience while setting the server up

Rome wasnt build in one day, neither a p-server should be. XD just mess around, you'll learn from your mistakes and when you have messed around for to long, whitout any succes then just take a break till you feel like working on it again and actually enjoying the codage :)
