Rolling Back speed hack

I have this hack that was added and it makes my toon rollback to the same spot if you dno't use a buff anyone no how to edit that out?

if the hacks are csv u cant edit nothing do avoid that,wat u can do befor start moving is siting ur char and no more rollback.
